Development approval has now been granted for the remaining stages of Devine’s Cedar View community in popular Redbank Plains, in Brisbane’s western corridor. Civil construction is 95% complete on the first 18 lots of what will ultimately be a 138-lot community. Housing construction is expected to begin by mid June.
